User-generated content
Users may submit text prompts, generate AI images on-chain, and mint ICRC-7 NFTs from those images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to your prompts and that outputs do not infringe others’ copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
Outputs are AI-generated and produced deterministically inside canisters; they are not human-authored works by The Raven Project.
Reporting copyright infringement
To report material you believe infringes your copyright, email raven.icp@gmail.com with the information below (consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). We accept notices by email only.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full legal name is acceptable in email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. principal ID, transaction ID, NFT id, prompt hash, or screenshot with timestamp).
- Your contact information (email required).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed or access disabled by mistake, you may email a counter-notice to raven.icp@gmail.com including:
- Your signature and contact information.
- Identification of the material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where The Raven Project may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
Because we do not claim DMCA safe harbor, counter-notice procedures may differ from standard hosting providers; we will review in good faith.
Repeat infringers
Where we can identify repeat infringement tied to a principal or pattern of abuse, we may restrict minting, API access, or admin allowlist entries.
On-chain limitations
Content written to the Internet Computer may be immutable or costly to alter. We may disable UI access, delist metadata, or take other mitigations within our control, but cannot guarantee complete removal of all on-chain copies.
